Having followed all due processes, this is where your build starts! Your project is instigated, managed and delivered by qualified master craftsmen and reputable suppliers, following rigorous processes and according to best practice.
Working to your agreed strategy, we execute your construction in compliance with relevant contract conditions, legislation, and statutory requirements. Your build is closely monitored to ensure it runs to schedule and within budget, paying particular attention to ensuring warranty requirements are met. We observe health and safety, compliance (OH&S) and environmental requirements throughout the construction.
Delivery
Our accredited specialists can facilitate your project delivery, providing project, contract and site management services. Our experienced professionals ensure we deliver on time and within budget to the highest standards. We monitor contracts and compliance and keep you updated with financial and project reports.
Solidbond is committed to ensuring our service to clients is continued as diligently post-contract completion as it is during the construction phase. Before handing over, we rigorously inspect the final build to ensure that all end-user occupancy requirements are met.
Our final focus is on the conclusion of contracts, issuing of final certificates and warranties. We continue our service post-completion by working through your defect liability period and providing operation and maintenance support.
