Solidbond is delighted to be working with Domo Partners Ltd to convert a landmark Georgian building in Brierley Hill, West Midlands into apartments.

Domo Partners Ltd has acquired No 1–11 Dudley Road, a Georgian building that was formerly used as a suit hire business. The property company plans a major revamp for the premises and is investing about £1 million to transform the industrial unit into 19 apartments.

The refurbishment will retain the original character of the building while installing modern environmentally friendly features such as charging points for electric cars. Domo, which has a substantial property portfolio in the West Midlands, intends to redevelop the site bringing quality, efficient, safe and affordable rental properties for local key workers.

As part of Domo’s commitment and long-term view in investing in the local area, it has engaged Solidbond Projects to carry out the construction project management of the development.
