Solidbond delivers expert project management services, acting as Principal Consultant by leading, cost planning, design management, procurement and tendering, financial control and contract administration or, as Principal Contractor by managing on site delivery and execution.

Our agile approach brings together a specialist team of qualified and accredited industry professionals ensuring every project is meticulously planned to deliver client objectives.

We provide strategic leadership throughout all RIBA work stages, from feasibility, financial planning, design development, construction, compliance and post completion occupancy.

25 years of experience

Solidbond’s founder, Ben Dunn MCIOB, has over 25 years’ experience in the construction industry – both in the UK and internationally. During that time, Ben has earned a reputation for professionalism, integrity and delivering quality, working on award-winning projects.

He has a grassroots understanding of the construction industry, beginning as an apprentice bricklayer to becoming a chartered construction manager, leading multimillion-pound landmark developments.

Ben’s focus is firmly on collaboration to achieve your desired outcome. Ben has a proven reputation for upholding professional standards within the construction industry.
